saint gervais has limited (if any) vegan options, so this was about as safe a bet as possible. we had the veggie pizza and just didn't want a cheese. service was good, the pizza was tasty so it meets our needs after a long hike this day. in any case it is worth checking whether they are looking for somewhere to eat in the opposite.
