Too bad the employee who was already there with the previous owners stayed.... I went to remove 2 parcels 2 days in a row, the boss was aggressive, he told me that the people who ordered on Vinted were going to kill the shops. He complained about his remuneration for this activity. Inadmissible to make this kind of reflection to customers. I'm going to keep delivering the parcels to that point that he likes it or not. At the next reflection I bring back information to global relay and Vinted. What a lack of respect. Today, June 10, I went to remove a new Vinted package. The gentleman spoke to me about the incident of the week of denial, above relatted and has shown intelligence. The discussion was constructive and the delivery of the package went very well. I thank him for his approach. I may not have had to do to the manager but to a person working in your store. I can prove that since the removal of parcels in your store is well listed on the Vinted site. Anyway, during my first withdrawal the reception was not nice, on 10 June no worries. Everything is said.
Convenience store opens early and late which is convenient, plus parcel drop-off.
