This is the best pizza in the area! I highly recommend trying their delicious variety. The delivery is always hot, and dining in is consistently a great experience! View all feedback.
What Mariah S doesn't like about Tasty Pizza:
I did not receive BBQ sauce with my order that I paid extra for and I put in the delivery instructions DO NOT KNOCK my dog goes crazy and to call apron arrival. The driver did not follow the instructions and had to deal with the baby waking up because of it. View all feedback.
They have fast service, decent pizza, and a wider selection of foods than many pizza parlors in town.
Just love there thin, crispy crust pepperoni pizza. Cheese bread is also pretty awesome! :
I used to get their pizza often years ago, but now I only do a few times a year. It is more expensive than other pizza shops, but I always loved it so I got it as a treat every 3 or 4 months. Until now. I recently got a large 3 topping thin crust and it was over $22. They also now charge a service fee for using a debit/credit card...something not too many other restaurants in the area are doing, at least that I 've seen. But what disappointed me more than these things was that the pizza did not taste anything like it used to. I don 't know what they did, but this did not taste like the Tasty Pizza I have loved for many years. It was bland and not very flavorful. There was also hardly any mushrooms on it and I think they were canned, not fresh like the used to be. The last time I got one before this, the pizza was great, and that was only a few months ago. I won 't be getting any more pizzas from Tasty again. Such a shame when they have to make things cheaper, yet charge more.
Great pizza recommended a solid 4 stars! I used to think Mansetti's had the best pizza in the area. But after my first visit, I have to say that Tasty Pizza gives them a run for their money! They're really good too. They definitely deserve a good review and some decent photos. This place is basic and unpretentious. It's easy to miss if you drive by. I don't usually drive north from my house so I've never been here before. But I hunted them down. Wow, I can't believe I've never tried it. I guess I was clueless, this pizza shop has been around for decades and is family owned. And it's only 5 or 10 minutes north of my house. So for me that means no traffic and a quick drive! The thin crust pizza is excellent. The crust is cooked perfectly crispy and brown on the edges yum! They don't use as much red sauce as Mansetti's. This creates a totally different flavor. You can really taste the cheese meat and other ingredients because they aren't drowned out by the red sauce. Nice! I had a hot hoagie too. Again, very good! I picked onion rings instead of chips. They were cooked perfectly and really hit the spot. I ordered an ice cold lemonade but then I noticed they had 99 cent root beer floats! I couldn't resist and I got one of those too. (My friend actually got THREE of them. Everything is topped off with great service, a chocolate chip cookie, and a super economical price . These guys deliver within a 7 mile radius. So if you're in that zone, definitely check them out for home delivery. Thumbs up! Daddy Maxx Retro
