La Couze Pavin - Saint-Floret

We arrived after a long road. We stay for a holiday in the beautiful village of Saint-Floret. We decide to trinquate our holiday on the terrace near the river. The whole thing is old and is not very clean. The drinks are indicated on the slate. After a walk, we had a coffee on the terrace and, as noon arrived, we had lunch on the spot. Delicious surprise: hearty and very good tripoux and a homemade burnt cream as had never been tasted. We will return for a truffle!!!

A very charming place on the edge of the Pavin River that refreshes us pleasantly. The boss Alain, a nice Breton like anything, is in little care for his guests. Delicious trout. I strongly recommend
