We dropped by here as we were passing after our meal out and ended up spending a delightful hour eating ice cream and drinking coffee. The owner a local Corsican lady kept offering me taters if new home made flavours to try (the lemon and mint is a must) and then she gave us her own home made limoncello and myrtle liqueur digestifs after our coffees. Definitely going back! View all feedback.
What Thomas E doesn't like about Maison Rovere:
Tasty Icecream but terribly unfriendly servants. Our seven year old girl had sticky hands from the icecream but the servants blocked us two times from the toilet to wash hands because we had only takeaway icecream. View all feedback.
The flavours are simply fabulous, as is the consistency of Maison Rovere's ice creams. Get in the queue!
It might seem like clutching at straws to review an ice cream parlour just to get my Tripadvisor scores up, so says my husband! And I wouldn’t usually bother for what was essentially a five minute visit and an ice cream that was wolfed down even quicker. But I have to say the salted caramel choc ice was absolutely the best ever! Sadly it wasn’t mine, I had to content myself with a few bites of my husband’s, but with a three day stay in the area, rest assured I will be back every day for another taste of heaven!
Chose noisette which may not have been the best choice as it was too sweet for us. However ice cream made on the premises are healthier options as ice creams go.

...and it is. Superyummy gelato served from afternoon til late. Amarena and pistachio were the best ones we've ever had. Also the chestnut gelato is worth a try.
