I usually recommend your restaurant. My friends and I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. However, we had to endure a rather unpleasant and unfriendly waitress. Her attitude and inappropriate remarks towards us really put a damper on our lovely gathering. We visited your restaurant on Saturday, August 26, 2017, at 6:30 PM. View all feedback.

I will start by saying that the decor since the change from Divolio to L'Usine is amazing. Nice decor, friendly atmosphere. However the food needs to be fine tuned. I ordered a couple of glasses of white wine (situated in the red section) and an onion soup. Broth was extremely good however the soup was luke warm at best, i returned it to have it heated up and it came back luke warm as well. it should be piping hot. M... View all feedback.

My husband ordered a classic l'usine poutine, and that too was warm and not hot and clearly made with frozen fries. overall nice experience, nice service would i go back no sure...... other restaurants in the area offer poutine with authentic fries and wines at better prices.... food for thought.
