I usually recommend your restaurant. My friends and I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. However, we had to endure a rather unpleasant and unfriendly waitress. Her attitude and inappropriate remarks towards us really put a damper on our lovely gathering. We visited your restaurant on Saturday, August 26, 2017, at 6:30 PM. View all feedback.
What Daija Ruecker dislikes about L'Usine:
I will start by saying that the decor since the change from Divolio to L'Usine is amazing. Nice decor, friendly atmosphere. However the food needs to be fine tuned. My husband ordered a classic l'usine poutine, and that too was warm and not hot and clearly made with frozen fries. overall nice experience, nice service would i go back no sure...... other restaurants in the area offer poutine with authentic fries and wines at better prices.... food for thought.
