I come from Toulouse, we don't miss pizzerias in the city and its suburbs. I've done a few of them. I'll just ask for a little more cooked because cooking in the electric oven is not ideal for cooking the underside of the dough. I took the Stéphanoise, even good eater, it was limiting to finish it. Unfortunately, low-end products, tomato sauce, paste, mushrooms, cheese .. Do not save on ingredients at the expense of the customer. Besides, we don't improvise pizzaiolo, we form, we learn to make them... I hope there will be improvement. Well, I think it's a good idea. View all feedback.
