There were a few minor misunderstandings. The staff wasn't up to standard. They need to relearn the basics of service and sommelier knowledge. Serving champagne without offering a taste, disappearing with the bottle, and bringing the glasses to the table was a bit lacking for the expected level of service. Otherwise, the food was perfectly fine.

He left without clearing our table, and when we asked for coffee, it was too late because the only remaining staff member wasn't authorized to serve coffee or a digestif. A shame for a restaurant of this caliber. Considering the price, we expected better service.
