But today in 2021 the hotel is dilapidated and most it is... read more It might look really good on the pictures and have probably also done that but must be long time ago. But today in 2021 the hotel is dilapidated and most it is out of order. There is no bar/lounge and restaurant because it’s closer so the nearest place to have beverage or food is like 20 min away. The rooms and beds is old and worn so also now pleasure. And as if it's enough the personal is rude and untrustworthy don’t tell the truth and ignore you totally when you what to complain of above. So ended up leaving the hotel after just on night even that we have booked more.

One table of six on the terras has... read more Stopped for lunch weekday in high season after seeing a huge sign ' restaurant ouvert ' 13.05h and 6 adults and 2 children . One table of six on the terras has almost finished their meal, rest is empty. Our question for lunch is met with hesitation and the need to go ask the chef, who apparently agrees because we are seated( inside . After setting the table, wich took awhile, we are given menucards with 6 dishes on it, 4 salads, beef and fish, not at all the card displayed outside. Nothing for kids, no menu, no lunchdish. We already ask for water while we choose and the wary lady serving answers us we will have to wait because she has to serve ' the clients ' first! After being stunned for 5 minutes, we abandonned! We offered to pay the bottle of sparkling water while leaving, but that seemed not to be nessecary, it was as if they were glad we were leaving.....

The rooms were clean a... read more The property was relaxed, informal, in an excellent semi rural location. We arrived in torrential rain with our 2 dogs to a warm welcome. The rooms were clean and simply furnished, we had a ground floor room with an outdoor terrace with seating; it was lovely to sit outside, with the calm of the courtyard fountain with a glass of wine when the rain stopped. The next morning the sun was out and it was glorious, the outdoor space is perfect, lovely shady eclectic seating areas, and a fabulous pool and tennis court. Our stay was a pit stop but we would definitely have no hesitation in staying again. The property was appropriately priced.

The rooms were clean and simply furnished, we had a ground floor room with an outdoor terrace with seating; it was... nice to sit outside, with the tranquility of the court fountain with a glass of wine when the rain stopped. The next morning the sun was outside and it was wonderful, the outdoor space is perfect, beautiful shaded eclectic seating areas, and a fabulous pool and tennis court. Our stay was a pit stop, but we would definitely not hesitate to stay. The property has been reasonably priced.

A table of six on the terrain almost finished their meal, rest is empty. Our question for lunch is with...assessment and the need to ask the cook who obviously agrees because we sit (inside). After setting the table that took awhile, we will not display menu cards with 6 dishes on it, 4 salads, beef and fish, on all cards outside. Nothing for children, no menu, no lunch. We already ask for water while we choose and the wary lady serving answers we need to wait because they must serve ' the customers' first! After we were spun for 5 minutes, we left! We offered to pay the bottle of glittering water on departure, but that didn't seem to be nessekary, it was as if they were happy that we were going....
