What Mary K doesn't like about Kassel Tap:
When we entered Kassel Tap, the first thing that hit us was the smell of cigarette smoke lingering in the air. There were ashtrays on the bar, and the atmosphere was far from pleasant. We decided to leave right away. (Just a heads up to the owners: Wisconsin has had a smoking ban indoors since 2010.) View all feedback.
First bar I found that you can smoke inside while having a beer.
