Deer Lake Winery - Saint Croix Falls

Best mulled wine I've ever had. Lovely stop on a cold Wisconsin day. Worth checking out if you're in the area.

We stopped in because another place would not accommodate our larger group. We arrived and ordered all the food except the nachos. Everything was tasty!! The bruschetta was awesome and so refreshing. I ordered a Deer River Winery Resiling and it was not too sweet but not too dry. We had 9 kids and they were entertained with yard games. We enjoyed ourselves and will be back.

My husband and I drove so often on the way to the in-laws and always talked about stopping and finally. We thought on a Saturday just before noon a wine tasting. Every single wine we tried was very good! In addition, the owners were extremely human and friendly. It was such a welcoming atmosphere. They also gave us samples of other choices we had to talk about. We will definitely come back!

Friendly staff! Red wines were good. Malbec was probably#1 in our group. Large cheese platter was good. A lot of variety on the player. Peaceful setting.

Friendly staff with a nice atmosphere and reasonable prices. There is seating inside and out with lit fire pits outside. There are choices of wine, beer, or pop.
