Nice place with good food and a clean and organized store.The burgers were good, not too greassy or disgusting, fresh ingredients and tasty. The cheese fries could do with a little bit extra cheese in it but that is not a major problem. I did get my soda and sometimes my fries wrong but most of the times it wasn 't a bother.The staff is helpful but not very attentive, like I said before I sometimes got some items wrong, but it was usually during rush hour so it is understandable. My biggest problem with them was when I first went to them I was taken care by a middle-aged lady that was very rude to me and my mother, we had just arrived in US and our English was not very good, the lady was very rude to us when we were ordering, like we were a bother since I mistook the large size with big size , she just rolled her eyes at me. I ended up not going back to them for over 3 years, but now I am recently going back to them and I haven 't run into that issue since, although now my English is also much better.The table area is usually clean and well maintained, the same as the kitchen and restrooms, the background music is not loud and doesn 't annoy you when eating there and they usually have the soda and ice-cream machine working perfectly.Parking: Lots of space and easy to get in, the only small issue is that depending of how packed the traffic is you may struggle to leave the place, but thatvis okay.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant has accessibility ramps and also rails on the restrooms. They also have some screens that you can use to order without having to interact with staff.
My family loves the food at this place, especially my children. Excellent.
