Wawa - Saint Cloud

The BLT is the simplest sandwich, yet this place can't seem to get it right. My husband came home after waiting a long time, watching several others get served before him, and when he finally got our order, there were no tomatoes or lettuce. Seriously, it’s in the name! Is this what we've come to, Publix?

Always a pleasure! Even after 10 years, the restaurant remains clean, efficient, and consistently impressive.

This rating would have less than one star if possible. After waiting 15 min, the busy employee working self serve coffee area finally started to switch out the empty Columbian coffee dispensers, but said it would be at least another 5 min because none were ready. Spoke with young female manager to let her know coffee area needs help. All she had to do was say was, Thanks for the info. Instead, she dismissively said everyone was busy. I left without buying coffee or gas, and will not return to this location due to the manager 's poor attitude, which explains problems. Save yourself a ridiculous hassle and take your business to the other coffee shops and gas stations in this area.

I haven't check what other cities I can find Wawa, so far I have seen them spreading around greater Orlando, and they are one of the best and clean gas station that I would love to continue going. Only thing I found not comfortable was the lady cashier who helped us that day was not friendly at all, she was looking at my kids like they might want to steal something, and her eyes was looking at else where while checking us out at the register, and didn't even say Thank You or Bye. Then later she was back to normal on greeting to the next customers.

I tried to place an order through the app, but it wasn't updated properly. After waiting 30 minutes while the app said, "Your order will be ready soon," we grew impatient and went inside, only to find our order sitting on the counter for who knows how long. Additionally, they advertised the Gobbler with Cranberry as available, but when we asked for it, they argued with us until we learned it was actually out of stock. I also ordered spicy voodoo chips, but instead of informing me they didn’t have them, they just handed me a different bag of chips. It was clear that customer service is not a priority for them.
