10 stars if I could . Thank you Jorge and Missy Last night they really came through for me I had originally went the the KFC at 2733 13th street in st.cloud . they were out of Mac an cheese . when I ordered the famous bowl they said they had no chickenstrips for it but would still sell it to me... Um no Wanted 12pc meal extra crisp only breasts an legs . manager said notposible they were out of chicken . I even offered to wait longer .nope refused to make my order . so we left and went to thislocation . Missy made sure I had everything I wanted to order . thank you.
The restaurant is very clean, not crowded, and the food is fresh. The staff is also very helpful.
If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! Huge thanks to Jorge and Missy for their outstanding service last night. I initially went to the KFC at 2733 13th Street in St. Cloud, but they were out of mac and cheese. When I ordered a famous bowl, they informed me they didn’t have any chicken strips available but would still sell it to me—no thanks, that's not what I wanted. I then requested a 12-piece meal with extra crispy chicken, just breasts and legs, but the manager said it wasn't possible since they were out of chicken. I even offered to wait longer, but they refused to accommodate my order. So, we decided to leave and head to this location, and I'm so glad we did! Missy made sure I got everything I wanted to order. Thank you so much!
I’m not sure who is currently managing or working at this restaurant, but the quality of the food has drastically declined. The chicken is either undercooked or overcooked. The coleslaw and corn are incredibly disappointing, and the mashed potatoes are so dry they could bounce off a wall! This place has really gone downhill.

The drive thru accuracy, knowledge, politeness has gone way down. I?ve gotten my orders made incorrectly. I?ve had soda spilt down the side of my truck when they try to pass them thru the window. I?ve been shorted chicken and been given lousy tacos. Ireally can?t think of the last time it was right. Today they shorted me 2 pieces chicken and it was not crispy. When I got homeI called and was told I had to drive back to the store if I wanted them to remake it or give me a refund. Last straw! They lostanother customer for LIFE! It a shame to pay these kids good money and they don?t care if they do a good job. Young workersshould be taught about pride in doing a great job It?s not nearly as good as it was 3 years ago. Very very disappointed.
