I've repeatedly received incorrect orders, had soda spilled on my truck while passing it through the window, been shorted on chicken, and served poor-quality tacos. I honestly can't remember the last time my order was right. Today, they shorted me two pieces of chicken that weren’t even crispy. When I called after getting home, they told me I’d have to return to the store for a refund or a remake. That was the last straw—they’ve lost me as a customer for life. It’s a shame because they pay these young employees well, yet there’s no care or pride in doing a good job. They should teach young workers the importance of taking pride in their work. KFC is not nearly as good as it was three years ago. I’m very, very disappointed.

The chicken is consistently either undercooked or overcooked. The coleslaw and corn are very disappointing, and the mashed potatoes are so dry they could practically bounce. This place has really gone downhill.

They were incredibly helpful with a large ord... read more I want to give a big shout-out to Manager Daniel, his assistant manager, and the entire team at this KFC location. They were incredibly helpful with a large order I placed for 100 meal boxes for an event at a local church. Everything was neatly packed and sealed, complete with all the necessary condiments, napkins, forks, and knives. The drinks were also provided in special KFC-sealed containers for our enjoyment. They even assisted me by loading all the food into my car. Thanks to Daniel and his team, my event went off without a hitch, and I am truly grateful!

I first stopped at the KFC on 2733 13th Street in St. Cloud, but they were out of mac and cheese. When I tried to order a famous bowl, they told me they were out of chicken strips but would still sell it to me—no thanks, that wasn't what I wanted. I then asked for a 12-piece meal with extra crispy chicken, just breasts and legs, but the manager said it wasn't possible because they were out of chicken. I even offered to wait longer, but they wouldn't accommodate my request. So, we decided to leave and come to this location, and I'm so glad we did! Missy ensured I got everything I wanted. Thank you so much!
