The service barely meets the basic expectations, and the quality of the food has really taken a turn for the worse!

I placed an online order for pickup, and while I was waiting for my food, I observed the person at the register grab a bag, lick his thumb to open it, and then... read more I placed an online order for pickup, and while I was waiting for my food, I observed the person at the register grab a bag, lick his thumb to open it, and then put the food containers inside. When I approached to collect my order, I kindly mentioned that he shouldn’t be doing that while handling food or containers. He clearly didn’t appreciate being confronted and simply turned away and ignored me. His attitude was as off-putting as his actions. If this kind of behavior is happening in front of customers, I can only imagine what might be occurring in the kitchen. I don’t want to unfairly criticize a business, but perhaps if they read this, they will consider retraining their staff. I won't be returning to this establishment.

Cost 27.59 with tax.... read more This place used to be good but recently their food quality has gone down the drain with prices going up! I ordered a 12 pc chicken strips. Cost 27.59 with tax. The food was cold and dry to where we almost choked on it. To be honest this was the worst spent money I’ve ever spent! I will not be coming back. Did I mention having to wait 35 min in the drive thru. Unfortunately St. Cloud doesn’t have many places to eat.
