The service barely meets the basic expectations, and the quality of the food has really taken a turn for the worse!

I placed an online order for pickup, and while I was waiting for my food, I observed the person at the register grab a bag, lick his thumb to open it, and then... read more I placed an online order for pickup, and while I was waiting for my food, I observed the person at the register grab a bag, lick his thumb to open it, and then put the food containers inside. When I approached to collect my order, I kindly mentioned that he shouldn’t be doing that while handling food or containers. He clearly didn’t appreciate being confronted and simply turned away and ignored me. His attitude was as off-putting as his actions. If this kind of behavior is happening in front of customers, I can only imagine what might be occurring in the kitchen. I don’t want to unfairly criticize a business, but perhaps if they read this, they will consider retraining their staff. I won't be returning to this establishment.
