Gator's Dockside - Saint Cloud
Gator's Dockside
Description
This lively, family-friendly spot delivers excellent, reasonably priced seafood and bar fare — oysters, Gator tail and wing nights draw praise — supported by an oyster bar, full bar and kid activities. Service is inconsistent: some servers are highly attentive while others are slow or forgetful, causing cold or missing dishes and delayed takeout. Busy nights can strain staff and patio seating has at times been affected by a smoking guest. Overall a solid casual destination for families and groups who prioritize tasty food and value, though service reliability can vary.

Matthew was attentive and amazing. The kitchen was out of a few things that we ordered and he was super friendly and very helpful in getting us replacements for what we asked for. Thank you so much for the outstanding service this evening
Disclaimer: I am 22 and NOT a Karen! I ordered garlic parm wings and they brought me hot wings. And i was like I guess they’re fine but i ordered Garlic parm and the waitress proceeds to tell me that im actually just wrong because garlic parm is actually made with hot sauce (literally what. Then I tried my water and it tasted god awful, which is fine since it’s tap but it was significantly worse than normal and when i looked in the water it was a foggy shade of grey with oil and dirt particles. I didn’t want to complain again and be a Karen so i didn’t say anything but i did mention to my husband that it had dirt in it and tasted weird. I guess the waitress overheard and said it’s city water and to stop complaining and that she’s from around here and has drank the water and she’s been fine. She proceeds to say the water is good and tried making me look like a horrible person in front of my husbands family. Obviously the water isn’t fine. and i CAN TELL she’s been drinking it especially after claiming hot sauce is the same as garlic parmesan. She also gave us a lecture about st. cloud and the town when i’m literally from here. Overall do not recommend the food wasn’t horrible but it definitely wasn’t good.
Bingo night! Although we did not come for bingo. I enjoyed the Gator tail. The service was lack luster. Ordered nachos for the table .... But had to get my own lil plates. Honey dropped his fork. We asked for a new fork. She forgot ... We had to retrieve our silverware. Things were not quite as described. Missing bread with seafood pasta and no pepper on my spicy margarita. Also advertised Cherry limeade on special board is not a thing!. Many times we had empty glasses and had to ask for more tea. Check left on table with no acknowledgement. When no tip was left she came at me! I wasn 't even the one paying ... To management..... Maybe 12 tables are too many for one waitress.
We never received our appetizer, food was bland no flavor and my meal was not how I ordered it, service sucked
