They made my frozen caramel incorrectly; it tasted like another flavor had been added.
This five-star review is dedicated to the staff, who I now consider friends. I discovered this location shortly after moving to the area, and when I was pregnant with my daughter last year, one of my biggest cravings was coffee and donuts. I made it a routine to stop by every morning on my way to work. With the app, I could place my order, and by the time I arrived, it was ready at the window for me. After about a month of frequent visits, I got to know the entire staff. I would pull up and announce my name for pickup, and I’d hear the whole team cheer, “HONOR, YOU’RE HERE!” or ask, “Did you have the baby yet?” Such small gestures brought me so much joy. I had my daughter in November 2023 and had to undergo an emergency c-section, which kept me from returning for over a month. When I was finally able to leave the house around Christmas time, this Dunkin was my first stop. I placed my mobile order, and I’ll always remember the moment my husband, our newborn, and I pulled up to the speaker. My husband said, “Mobile order for Honor,” and we immediately heard, “Is she with you?” When I replied, “I’m here,” I could hear the team cheer, “She’s here, everyone! Honor’s here!” Then, when we pulled up, everyone crowded around the window to see my baby girl. Luckily, no one was behind us, so we had a lovely chat for a good ten minutes. To be honest, while the coffee is good, it’s just coffee. What keeps me coming back is the remarkable staff. Their kindness, compassion, and hard work were evident from my very first visit. Every morning, I leave for work feeling happy, knowing I’ll get to see my “Dunkin friends” along the way. Thank you all for consistently making me smile!
I visited this location and had to wait 10 minutes for a decaffeinated coffee, even though it was an hour after they opened. I’m not sure why they didn’t have it ready. I’ve been here several times and have experienced issues before, like ordering tea and getting coffee instead, which required me to go back. This is just another example of poor customer service.
What used to be one of the great coffee experiences has really gone downhill in my opinion. The orders are rarely correct and often thrown at you through the drive-thru. The staff tries their best but even then it feels like they just don't like their jobs. As a Massachusetts resident previously, are Dunkins legend does not live on at this location.
