What Mac Thali's doesn't like about Caribou Coffee:
Went through the drive through today, ordered a caramel oat milk shaken espresso. My drink came out curdled. We went inside to ask for our drink to be remade. The staff said she personally made the drink that, that is how the drink is supposed to be made. Refused to remake it or give us a refund. Coffee tasted burnt/old on top of it all. Service was ok. Out of type of sandwich we wanted. Apple fritter was bland. Coffee was good.

The service was good. Had a meeting with a coworker there and went very well. Definitely go back to get coffee or coffee and a meeting.
Extremely slow service. Drive thru took an average of over 6 minutes per vehicle. Only come to this one if you have time to wait.
Everytime I place an online order, the order is either made wrong or simply watered down with melted ice by the time I receive it. This location can get busy and it seems like the employees aren't prepared for it, however that feels more like a management problem overall. Will probably be driving to a further location from now on.
