We certainly took the business menu, but the dishes were very salty and too much cream which masked the flavors. The dessert consisted of a few touches of very minimalist melted ice cream. An exceptional experience, in a very pleasant setting. The service is impeccable and the meal is accompanied, optionally, by a discovery of the wines associated with each dish.
