I decided to give this place another try a couple of months later, and I'm glad I did. The restaurant had a very clean smell, and my server was outstanding. He managed the entire restaurant by himself and remained composed, even amidst various customer requests.
As for the food, the fried rice was decent, though it had more fat and butter than I’m used to. Overall, I’d recommend this place for a quick lunch. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wasabi Sushi St Charles:
We made a reservation for the evening and upon arriving at the restaurant, we were warmly greeted by the hostess who showed us to our table. However, we waited for about 20 minutes before anyone came to take our order. The waiter was quite rude and never refilled our water glasses or checked on us during our meal. I do not plan to return to this Wasabi location. View all feedback.
We went there for a date before a concert, after we sat down we waited 20 minutes for our server, we then ordered our food, it took another 15 to get our drinks, then took about 45 minutes to get our food. The waitress also misheard my boyfriend on what he ordered so he ended up only getting one order and not two and we didnt have the time to wait for them to make another one and wanted to check so we could leave.
Always a good time at Wasabi! I love the seaweed salad and all the sushi!!! Never had a bad roll yet!!! Try the oreo cake too!! :
Our server was nice and attentive. The food looked great and tasted awesome. Price was in line with similar restaurants.

We found hair in our sushi, which we lost our appetite. It’s not the servers fault and they toke it off our bill. Hope it doesn’t happened again.
