I haven't eaten at Subway in a while. The menu has changed since I was last there. However, I stuck with my usual Italian BMT. They have many new options on the menu, and I plan to try some of them in the near future. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
Been using this location for years as it’s close to home and has previously been the best one in town. Todays experience wasn’t very pleasant. I wasn't home, so I had to eat either there or in my car. decided to eat. there were no clean tables! the food was good.
Ordered online and picked up curbside with no issues and before the time promised. Employee was great. Only issue is the website is wonky and even though this location allows folks inside to pickup, the app pushes it to another location when requesting to go inside and pickup order, making curbside the only choice. App gave a 25m wait for curbside despite the store being empty when I got there 20m early. The app doesn't allow us to notify the staff we are there until 5m till pickup time. It also only gives very basic info to employees upon order like color and size of car. So though I maybe there and match the color, they can't just assume it's me until checkin is allowed.

If I could give no stare I would.. I visited this location today and from the beginning it was a bad experience. I stood in the lobby for almost 5 mins before someone even came up front to help me. The girl that came up seemed new. She didn’t wash her hands before putting gloves on, was NOT wearing a mask. (but we are asked to wear them) I ordered an oven roasted chicken and she placed the meat in the center of the flat bread. When she went to close it she couldn’t. Half my toppings feel out. Reminder she at the point wasn’t even wearing gloves while wrapping my sandwich. I paid for my stuff and had to remind her to give me everything I ordered. The sanitation was an issue especially during these times. I would expect my local restaurant to being taking these measures seriously considering they are messing with food first hand. Needless to say my sandwich was thrown away and I will not return.
The works on a Sunday we're not following procedures. Someone had handed back a sandwich they had taken bites from. The sandwich didn't have tuna. They added the tuna without remaking the sandwich. Plus the counter wasn't wiped off. I tried calling but no one answered.
