What User doesn't like about Longhorn Steakhouse:
2 stars for our waitress. Everyone else was great, really, and food was good. I don't take going out lightly, I've worked in the industry a lot. my kids work in the industry. She was not bad, she just isn't there when you talk to her, she doesn't listen or hear you. She's already on to next task before completing the task in front of her. people matter going out should be pleasant. the bus help was kind friendly smiling and engaging. the food server smiled and took care of the food incorrect on my plate. Wait staff only needed to be friendly and take our order. we will come back but if we get that server we will ask to moved. steaks we're perfectly cooked.

The manager was so kind to let us come in out of the cold because we didn?t realize we had arrived a few minutes before 11. Trust me?. I went to a place they wouldn?t let us in, just 2 minutes early and it was freezing cold. Didn?t stay either? I will totally be back!!! Congratulations on a great job ???????? My only disappointment was their hostess. She was apparently having a bad day. Smile sweetie no matter what. Gotta leave that baggage at home with the position you?re in
I enjoyed their 10 oz. Longhorn Salmon; Hand-cut, Fresh Atlantic Salmon marinated in their housemade Bourbon Marinade with a Loaded Sweet Potato and Asparagus! Flavorful So Good!! ?? The rice was salty though...couldn't eat. ? S/O to our server Gary for giving us awesome service!!
Place was hopping, the hostess was pleasant and seeing I was solo suggested I could sit and order at the bar. Yay, very little wait. Steak was OFF the hook delicious, grilled as near to perfection as I have ever ordered, broccoli was steamed with a nice crunch, hot when served and not a bit mushy, greens salad was tasty and fresh. I will return with my family in the new year and would highly recommend. Waitress was prompt, pleasant and very attentive.
We went for New Year’s Eve early dinner. Server was great on a busy day. All our steaks were cooked correctly and tasted wonderful. One of the persons in our group got the brussel sprouts, and everyone that tasted them said they were the best they ever tasted. St Charles does not mandate masks. All the workers had them, but some guests did not. I wish Longhorn would require them until the pandemic is under control.
First time coming! Won't be the last! I'm just so glad my steak was cooked perfectly! The shrimp were amazing! Great workers! Highly recommended!
