The staff here is always professional and capable, especially for adult customers. If the service takes a while, it doesn’t bother me too much. The team is organized, but the quality of the food is inconsistent—about 50/50. The cookies and chicken are good, but the rest of the menu could use some improvement. Occasionally, they serve these tiny, tiny chicken legs; perhaps you know what I mean. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken:
The food has consistently been good. It's fast food, so don’t have high expectations. The staff can be a bit curt and indifferent, so don’t expect them to be particularly attentive. Having worked with the public, I understand that some people take advantage of kindness, which probably explains their distant demeanor. As long as they get my order right, they can do whatever they want—I’m not concerned as long as the f... View all feedback.
Honestly, I can't believe I hadn't been here since I was a kid. They're not that far from me and the food here and pricing is great! I have anemia and needed a boost of iron in my diet today, so I got the chicken livers meal. It was the boost I needed. Thank you for a delicious and fast eating experience. Definitely helped my energy, especially on a hot day like today with the heat we've been having. It was exactly what I needed. ??
Super fast drive thru service! The staff was warm and friendly and really sweet when I asked for an extra ice water. My order was hot and fresh and delicious too! Thanks for doing a great job everyone! Keep up the awesome work! ??
I?m very upset that I asked for spicy wings and they gave me original instead. The thing that upsets me is no one will answer the phone after someone placed me on hold and then hung up once I asked for the manager. Hopefully they will rectify in the am
Took a while to get through the drive through not a big deal, never ate at a Lee?s before, no napkins, no plastic ware -to eat the sides. Wasn?t offered any condiments salt/pepper, butter or honey. The famous chicken was okay. Drive through person was nice.
I ordered their lunch menu pot pie. Menu showed $5.99 for the pot pie and $1 for the drink. I paid with debit card customers can't see what is rung up so I looked at my receipt when I received my food, charged $10.11. I was dining inside asked for a refund I won't order their pot pie again, the gravy was so SALTY. If I would of been at the drive through and been overcharged this review would be full of bleeps !!!!
