Kfc - Saint Charles

The extra crispy chicken wings were not fresh, but the staff was friendly. The bathroom is in need of repairs.

Ordered online and was instructed to go to a specific parking lot, but when I arrived at the door, it was locked. Staff seemed busy with food preparation at 5:30pm, during rush hour. After unsuccessfully trying to get in, I called the store multiple times with no answer for 10 minutes. Another customer tried to enter and was rudely told to drive around. The line was long, filled with hungry customers waiting for their orders. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, my order was finally fulfilled 40 minutes after I placed it, and it was cold. When I tried to return it, I was concerned they would do something unsanitary to it. Overall, this place was disappointing and I will not be returning. Even when I tried to contact the company, I was met with an unhelpful answering machine after waiting for another 15 minutes. Disappointing experience all around.

I waited 30 minutes after requesting to move forward because my 6 wings were not ready. At that point, I saw 4 cars behind me eating and driving. I ended up having to go into the store to get a refund since my food still wasn't ready. The service was terrible and I will not be returning for just average chicken. It's worth paying a little extra for Chic Filet, where you can order and receive your food in just 15 minutes even with a long line of 20 cars. KFC should take notes from other chicken restaurants!

Yukko. 11/9/2021 about 6 pm. Bad food I ever got from there?. No engraving in the famous bowl and the chicken and corn were disgusting. Fast food workers want $15.00 hr for such a performance. I wish I could have had less than one star.

This particular one was awful....the fries were okay. I ordered 3 piece chicken tender meal. It was almost 430pm . The chicken was awful, over cooked, hardly had meat so crispy fried and what wasn't was dry. I gave to my pups. Won't go back to that one.
