What User doesn't like about Imo's Pizza:
We ordered some buffalo wings and a pizza for dinner. We had the food delivered. The wings were way undercooked. The chicken was pink inside and I observed blood on the bones. The wings only had hot sauce on half of each wing. The quality of the food from this particular location was poor. Imo's pricing has always been higher than the other pizza places. As always, Imo’s St. Louis-style pizza is the tastiest large pizza you can find. I also ordered the roasted ravioli, which the larger chain pizza places don’t offer. I added some garlic bread, and it was fantastic! What could be better?
I recently had an issue with Imo's concerning the quality of the food, and I spoke with the district manager, Tim. He was fantastic and genuinely apologetic about the situation. He demonstrated how much he cares for his customers. Because of his attentiveness, I've changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars. Thank you once again, Tim, for addressing my concerns so quickly and for making things right.

The team is awesome! Chris helped me get the best value and the cook was spot on when he said he would make me the best pizza ever! It is!!!
