Fuzzy's Taco Shop - Saint Charles

We waited for more than 45 minutes for an order of 4 tacos before we gave up and demanded a refund. We were behind another customer who had been waiting for more than an hour for her food and was also getting a refund. It wasn't even that busy, maybe a third of the tables were occupied. The staff seemed to be more interested in joking around with each other than anything else. I don't know if this is typical, but we are not inclined to come back. Based on other recent reviews here, it seems we are not alone in this experience. It's a shame, the food and service here used to be pretty good. Update: I just got my credit card statement. Despite assurances that the gratuity would not be charged, it was...and was not part of my refund.

The first time here and my taco plate was super good, but my classic frozen marg was exceptionally excellent and kenny the host worked the amount and very hospitable. I will definitely return and I love how I can sit and relax and have a great meal and atmosphere! my empty glass. kenny hook these drinks above

The fishtacos were delicious and cheap. the person who took my order was patient and very helpful for taco, and the place was immaculate. I will eat there again

I stopped a quick lunch. the employee who took our order was kind and answered asking. it took one because for our food, although there was only one other gast in the restaurant. we had to take our orders, but when we were in the car, we discovered that the parts were extremely disappointing. we paid over $7 for a tiny taco with a little fish. the child meal was definitely worth the money, as there was a lot to eat and it came with a dessert and drink. the burrito dish was good, but the size was again underwhelming. the over $20 we spent did not correspond to the quality or quantity of food. the restaurant itself was clean, but the bathroom could have had some attention. there were many kitchen staff, but for the midday there were only one or two customers at a time. all the things we treated were very friendly and friendly. we will probably not return.

I gave this 3 stars because when you walk inside, it smells like a grease pit which was disturbing. However, the lady that took my order was nice helpful. My to go order was quick tasty. I did like the decor inside. I had the shrimp burrito it was good but a bit pricey. There are big screen TV's they do serve alcohol/mixed drinks but I didn't have one. I also didn't use the restroom so not sure about that. I did park close to the dumpster it smelled really really bad. I very much recommend a soapy water wash annually. Nobody wants to smell that especially with the outdoor covered seating. This was the first time I bought food there.
