Domino's Pizza - Saint Charles

If I could give zero stars, I would. my eating never came into my house and I saw the driver turn around in a brownish older model car and leave with my 2 pizzas. the driver's name is steve and I am very disappointed by what happened and expected a response.

This place has really stepped it up, friendly staff who work hard and get out pizzas out fast, even though they are short staffed, the food is always good i highly recommend this place

Ordered 2 medium pizzas online. Was told it was take an hour, which I get. It was a busy Saturday I'm sure. But our order took over 2 hours to even be made, for two medium pizzas! Then, they said the pizza was delivered, but it didn't show up at our address. Fifteen minutes later, I was about to drive up there and see what was up (as I had been on hold for fifteen minutes), but the order FINALLY showed up at the door. One of our pizzas wasn't even fully cooked! The cheese was still cold! I won't be ordering from this location ever again.

Ordered a medium pizza 90 minutes ago. Still hasn 't arrived the online tracker says it is being quality checked for the last 35 minutes. Original estimate was delivery in 43 53 minutes and it was still listed as preparing order by that time. Update: It arrived 2 hours after ordering.

After the movie was my enkel ungarn and he saw that it was open, so I went to know that this was Christmas Eve and they said that they were wounded, but he would do the best he could. in 15 minutes it was ready. That was great!
