Restaurant Chez Henri le Kentucky

I rarely eat at Henry's and usually have it delivered. The last time I wanted to eat there, I decided to go in person and ordered 2 Cheeseburgers with fries. I waited for 45 minutes. People came, placed their orders, and were served within 10 minutes. Let's just say I regretted it! Food: 5/5.

The club sandwich and fries were both delicious and crispy! Thank you! Rating: 5 out of 5 for food.

Although I have always loved Henri since I was a child, our beloved Henri has lost many feathers since its takeover. We are a family of 4 and we had 2 children's menus and 2 adult menus with an onion ring for a total of $80. I must mention that before, the same meal cost us $50-55. I can live with the increase to support employee wages, but being laughed at with reduced and completely ridiculous portions is unacceptable. My son upgraded his fries to poutine. The size of it was barely larger than a cup of sauce, with a higher base, a real joke. Even the waitress thought the chefs had forgotten it, and when asked, they said, "It's there." Meanwhile, my daughter, who had a children's portion of fries, easily had 4 times the amount of fries as my son, and we had to pay an extra $3.50 for approximately 10 fries, 6 pieces of cheese, and 1 tablespoon of sauce... pathetic. What's next, a coffee cup-sized portion of milk? Yes, that's right, there's even a little liquor can next to the tiny poutine.

Good fast eating and the pommes were simply amazing, but. the poutine was good. the crispy and well seasoned riders made it all we waited approx. an hour without exaggeration to get our food after we sat at our table. it was packed, but it felt too long to know other tables were served before us, even if we arrived before the möhrburger was ok. behind this burger is a lot hype, but it felt super normal and dry.- the staff was nice, even if they forget couples in our order they eat well for a small amount of money and they certainly do not leave on an empty chair. lower line: for the first time it is an OK experience. nothing more. I am open to go back to see if I can burden my assessment.
