Chenoy's Deli - Saint-Charles-Borromee

The service was excellent. The Server even took some time to explain what interesting sites and things to do they had in the area. I had the Bagel and Lox platter and it was one of the best I've ever had, the smoked salmon and bagel were so fresh. My husband had the veal parmesan with pasta; he found it was very tasty. If you have never tasted a smoked meat sandwich from Montreal, you now have another item to add to your bucket list.... IF you like Pastrami and Corned Beef sandwiches. What's smoked meat? Well, imagine the best NYC Pastrami sandwich you ever had... multiply the taste by 3... and you have just approximated smoked meat. Traditional is lightly seasoned, old fashioned has more seasoning. I' e been enjoying Montreal smoked meat for over 50 years, famous names of the past or present like Brown Derby, Deli Boys, Schwartz's (owned by Celine Dion). Jarry Deli... this is one of the best on the west side of Montreal area. Homestyle. Unpretentious atmosphere. Inside almost looks like a diner. Awesome sandwich, fries, and barrel pickles.

Went there on several occasions with family. its a good family deli with a varied menu. i had a plate with smoked meat sandwich,chicken brochette and a souvlaki brochette, srved with rice and fries. good combination when your hungry.its a good deli in this area.they also serve full breakfast here. recommend this deli even though its average.

Great Family Restaurant__My wife, I and our 3 kids stopped on our way home for breakfast, after coming in town to see a Canadiens game.
