What Marie May Lemieux dislikes about Subway:
The food is extremely pricey now. A 12-inch meal costs $20, including tax, and there are no combos. Often, the tomatoes and salad at the St. Bruno location aren't even fresh. I'm really disappointed. View all feedback.

I was refused cucumbers and black olives, although there were plenty left. Very disappointed, bad atmosphere in the restaurant, employees are poor and REALLY dumb. Run away!

Our sandwich was nearly empty. the order was not respected, the inside of our sandwich was totally different from what we had ordered. In short, it's not worth it.

Multiple bad experiences at this restaurant and with customer service. The employees are of unequaled incompetence and the management is far from professionalism. During a visit, I use a coupon to order 2 6-inch sandwiches for the price of 1. Obviously, I take a 12-inch knowing that 6+6=12 and when checking out it's quite a problem to charge me a single 6in. The employee indicates that they are not supposed to do that, which leads me to believe that the order would not have been the same if I had immediately ordered two 6in, and this because of a discount. Another time, I place an order online and arrived on site the clerk does not see the order despite my account being charged and I show him the receipt. He tells me that I have to place a new order and that I have to pay for it, takes down my phone number and tells me that the manager will call me to proceed with the refund. I never received a return. After contacting customer service, I haven't heard from either, so I paid for sandwiches that I never received. I hope that the $30 thrown in the trash will satisfy the owner and the corporation since I refuse to give another $1 to thieves.

The girls at the counter do not change the gloves from one customer to another, normally you have to change the gloves because there are people who do not eat meat and especially no pork, minimum it is to change with each customer it is very well interpreted by the consumer. It is not just in Saint Bruno also in Longueuil. Please train your staff.THANKS
