The chicken is succulent, it's crispy and it tastes like a chicken that has been well treated. The flavor of the rice isn't too present it's perfect to make the other flavors of the sushi pop out like a firework ! I ordered sushi from Pires for the last time. The fish and shrimp tasted stale, and even the rice was poorly cooked. I was really disappointed for the price.
