Ben Florentine - Feedback

What Fanny Boudreau doesn't like about Ben Florentine:
Did not send the right order at all. Something was missing from every plate. There was no meat in any of the plates we ordered, and no bread at all. The eggs were not made like we asked, either. The menu is quite appealing for a chain restaurant, with plenty of choices. Just browsing through the options for waffles and pancakes is tempting. Unfortunately, like many other places, there is a lack of gluten-free options.
