We had lunch at la source because they offer to prepare and serve your freshly fished trouts! What a winner! Very friendly and welcoming place. Truly authentic with its own spring water. We all loved filling our bottles directly from the spring! I only rated it with average and not very good as it lacks vegetarian options and it's overpriced in my opinion. They deserve better than average, but they can't be rated as very good, because the food does not reach that standard, service does though.

We had a great morning of canyoning and came here starving. Great food, great service and the tiramisu with chestnut cream fantastic!

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Très bon accueil. Les spécialités ( tiramisu à la truite fumée et risotto à la truite fumée également ) sont-ils à recommander sans hésiter. Le petit plus qui est très agréable est le fait d'aller se servir l'eau soi même à la source. À refaire sans hésitation.

La rareté de l'endroit ne s'applique pas à l'accueil très chaleureux. Profitez de la truite en papillote ou fumée maison en rizoto. Charcuteries et fromages locaux. Cuisine traditionnelle mais aussi inventive. Prix raisonnable.La carte s'est enrichie et le lieu reste toujours aussi riche et naturel. Possibilité d'activités diverses: pêche, d'arbre en arbre...idéal pour les familles mais pas que.
