We love this quirky little place, where we enjoyed a home cooked lunch and a glass of wine whilst watching the children jump off the large rock in the river! Really friendly staff whose English outdid our efforts at French. The goat's cheese quiche was particularly well received and all freshly prepared. Love it!
Great food in a magical location. They keep things simple and it works. Lovely to sit by the river and a great place for a dip when it gets hot.
Beautiful riverside location on quiet back road. Traditional French cuisine, with limited menu. Wonderful ambience. Best way to arrive? By bike from up the hill via the Corniche through the hamlet of Brousses. Get hot then cool down with an ice cold beer. Or turn up by kayak along the river. Alternatively just be lazy and drive up from St Antonin like everybody else does. Plenty of parking.
We visited twice when canoeing the river. Both times we had a great lunch accompanied by chilled wine and a delicious rum punch. I would recommend.
