It's a tale as old as time. Ordered a double steak burger without cheese. Got cheese. Drive thru is always risky. Of course I specified everything I wanted on the hamburger. And then when I was done I ask them to verify that they had left cheese off of the order. They said they had. Got cheese anyway. View all feedback.

So when people go to SnS, they expect a certain degree of standardization. The food was not bad, but my Frisco was not cut and the burgers were on one side of the sandwich. And all the frits were cold and not salted. The rest of the food was good. But we don't have napkins in the bag. Yeah. View all feedback.
Not almost as good as before, before the long time when all Steak Shakes were closed. Service is often slow, and sometimes they leave something from my order. I go because it's close to home and the prices are good, especially for $4 meals. Use vouchers if you use them in the mail.
Customer service was great. The Drive Worker has a great setting and she is so friendly. Thanks Nicole Berry Please have a great day
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I feel bad for the person who franked this place. You have to hire FASTER and NICER people. Waited 20 minutes behind two cars. Then go to the window and wait another 5-10 minutes. Has a milkshake ordered, and the guy who takes the order said WHO? Lol, how seriously you sell milkshakes. Paid for order and got two cars waiting for their order. 0/5 only comes when you clear your day and have nothing to do. Honestly, you should probably eat before you wait in the line. I would also not suggest buying food, just your milkshake and free pommes. Waits in line long enough to check. I hope the owner sees it.
Ordered food from the app for pickup. I arrived on time and saw a sign that said curbside pickup and drive through only. Nobody picked up the phone the company app said was associated with the location. I got in the drive through and was served my food 30 minutes later. My shake was room temperature and resembled a puddle and my burger had to be nuked to be safe to eat. I threw out the fries. The receipt tells me to call the same number nobody picked up since I had issues. So misrepresent my options via a 4 ft tall sign, serve me food well below a safe temperature, and hide behind a disconnected phone which is the only means of contact. Classy.
