What User doesn't like about Resto des Monts:
Needed a lunch on Sunday since we had not made reservations for the brunch at the hotel we were staying at. This is a little place in St- Alexis. Typical Quebec resto menu. Everything from Pizza, hot hamburgers to poutin and a beer. Clean and friendly service. View all feedback.
When you're paying for 7-8 people, price is critical. It's close to the courthouse, so I guess that's where most of their business comes from since they
Decent place, always crowdedAlthough it says Pizzeria on the sign, they also serve pasta, subs, salads, burgers and brunch till noon.
When we came for lunch, my husband really wanted pizza, but unfortunately it wasn't available that day. I'm not sure if this is a regular occurrence at lunchtime or just that particular day. The friendly waitress, who only spoke French (which I understand well enough), couldn't quite explain why pizzas weren't available. However, there were plenty of other options on the menu, including poutine (with a vegetarian option), burgers, salads, and fried chicken. We all left feeling satisfied. For breakfast, they had the standard offerings you would expect - eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, etc. The French-speaking waitress mentioned something about bean baked from last weekend, but my French isn't good enough to understand the exact reason why. Overall, Resto des Monts is a great spot for good service, well-prepared food, with a simple but tasty menu at a good value. They offer free parking as well. Just be prepared for limited English spoken, so brush up on your French if you plan on dining or drinking there.
This restaurant offers the best pizza in the city! They also have a nice selection of other foods like salads, soups, pizza, fries, and more, all at a good price. The service is friendly and welcoming.
My friend and I arrived early for our reservation at the local sepaq, so we decided to grab a quick bite and a beer. We stumbled upon what appeared to be a modernized cafeteria and were pleasantly surprised by the great value. I tried the house special pizza, which was the best I ever had. The trout salad and Chou-Poutine looked delicious, and the burgers had a classic, old-school vibe. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.
