Roberto's - Saint Albans

Had a 5pm reservation was greeted and sitting immediately place looked great my wife and I celebrated my wife's birthday. Service was great, we started with the appetizer special that was filled shrimps. The theme of seafood and pasta dishes we ordered was wonderful. My wife is from Boston and normally we don't order seafood outside the coast, but I must say that we were both impressed by the ducks. Then for dessert we had Tiramisu and a chocolate cheesecake we were very satisfied with all our culinary experience I would definitely recommend this place I'm sorry for those who had bad experiences here if they really did, but our experience was nothing but joy, this place is top-notch in our eyes. And Robbie, our server has done a great job and also all the people who have made our water and take our plates.

Amazing dinner tonight! Fast sitting, great service, amazing appetizers and entrees. Children loved the fetters and tortellini. I had the sea bass that melted into the mouth and had so much taste. My husband had the Rigatoni with huge pieces of crabs and shrimps. All are very full and so happy! We definitely come back! The owner was so nice and personal. Must visit when in St. Louis. You will not be disappointed!

That was an experience. At first it was surprised to find it in a stripe mall that's okay. Some of my favorite facilities are looking from the outside. I wanted to give my wife a nice night and a good meal. It wasn't a good start. I have never seen such a pretentious group of employees in my life. You know, you will be judged the second in which you are going and if they do not believe you according to their standards, the owner will make this very obvious. To make this clear, my wife and I were well dressed for nice opportunity night outside. We have experienced this with two other couples/family while we eat. The food was oK. What you would expect for Italian food in an old shopping center. Unfortunately, the staff did it where we would never come back. I suggest to find a nice place on the hill to have an amazing meal.

Disappointed in the way the owner woman and server treats my wife and me. We never sat at the table. My wife heard Roberto's wife told the server that she's sorry to sit in his section. I'm also sorry for the server. Since my wife is working in the industry, he lost a substantial pay. Next time you don't judge books from their covers. I should have known a side note better than eating there. Roberto and his wife were always extremely rude, tormenting and screaming at the employees at the casino they visit daily and I worked on. They think they're better than others.

Our dinner was perfect, and my elderly mom was so happy with everything (she is picky). Excellent customer service!
