Contribute Feedback What Veronica doesn't like about Hook Fish Chicken Grill:
The chicken was burnt, unseasoned and cooked in old oil. The restaurant doesn’t feel comfortable and safe because they have men hanging on the outside of their restaurant by the door under the “No loitering” sign drinking beer out of a brown paper bag and begging customers every time they go in and out of the restaurant for money. They might as well take down the no loitering sign. View all feedback.
The food taste fresh and the store is clean. The woman was not very friendly like but she wasn't mean either. She just did not have the customer service attitude. If I come in there smiling and being friendly....interact with the customer back. Other then that it is a TOTAL upgrade from my last visitVegetarian options: They have salads but other then that no other vegetarian options that I know ofKid-friendliness: No kid mealsParking: Parking spots rite Infront of the storeWheelchair accessibility: YesDietary restrictions: You can just tell them what not to add
Needs a major upgrade not very inviting but nice peopleFood: 4/5
