This is the slowest drive through I've ever been through in my life. Every time I go in this drive thru I wait 15+ minutes on average. Food is always good and staff are nice. The food tastes amazing the blizzards are the best part. My favorite is the choco brownie extreme. Employees are great. I wish I could give 5 stars, however, the drive-thru line is almost always backed up which is understandable, given that there is only one drive thru window. Please, add another window or figure out a solution to longer than normal drive thru wait times. One time the line was about 10 cars deep, hated that we went on to Sonic.
Drive thru was lined up, but it moved fairly quickly. Always great!
I really appreciate the kindness of the workers and the quality of the food. This is my favorite DQ usually at least once a week.
St. Albans DQ is a great place for a cold and friendly service
