This place really surprised me because its in the basement. But it's absolutely something incredible. And it's worth a visit. They're reasonably priced as well. EAT HERE! View all feedback.
Lovingly referred to as 'Basement Chinese ' because of the entrance that immediately leads down half a flight of stairs, the Chinese Wok is a hidden gem downtown for rural or suburban transplants looking for Americanized Chinese food. While there may be fancier, more expensive, more 'authentic ' restaurants within blocks, the Chinese Wok is a great place to go get some Crab Rangoons (5 for $3.15! , Beef and Broccoli, and Fried Rice. Their food tastes good, great for the price, and the employees are cheerful and approachable.
