The only Amighetti's location that I ever visited was the one on the Hill, and apparently that store is no longer there. I've been to the Hill location several times. I don't live in St. Louis, but when I came to the city, I'd usually stop in Amighetti's. I know that the property was changed. I wasn't even here. but did they have to change the brot? the fresh, hard crust bread was one of the best parts over the sandwich. Now it was just a sponge brot. one of my favorite sandwiches (the special one) is not the same. I can't believe I'm the only one who thinks that. View all feedback.
