Restaurant where you shouldn't be in a hurry, 1 hour 15 minutes of waiting between the starter and the main course (a little faster for dessert, around 30 minutes), aligot that I won't be able to describe (the one you buy in supermarket is better), buy profiteroles and which I think are a few days old because they were hard, 2 profiteroles drowned in a liter of chocolate. Server who allows himself to be humorous about the waiting time (which is not necessarily welcome). When paying, we had priced a starter, main course and dessert menu and he counted all the products on the menu, which therefore did not correspond to what we had basicly requested.

Sainte-Affrique is a city that we always cross without stopping, except for taking a sandwich. And by the greatest chance of this sad month of November, we echoed in this hotel-restaurant on the facade a piece of tristounette. Barely entered, we have already felt a calm atmosphere in the habit, a guest looking for a good dish without ruining. A little waiting, but at 1:30, very understandable. The menu was very fast for us. The perfect swimming of eggs in its roquefort sauce, accompanied by its small salad of endives and crusts, was pleasant. Then came the swollen pot of pork and his girlfriends the potato rissolated, famous. The duck magret with Arc honey sauce in heaven immediately followed him with his homemade fries (some lack a cooking cabbage). Then, because there is always one then, dessert was proof, although already pushed back. The chocolate mousse of the Pont-Neuf made a notable entry. God alone knows (or the devil, I don't know anymore! how hard I am in this case. Mission accomplished, taste buds were filled. A small friendly discussion room at the counter with the boss during the adjustment of the 'addition before returning to the road, the complete panse and the mine are looking forward. Of course we'll be back! Thank you all, staff understood, affable and professional...
