What Sébastien Chauvet doesn't like about Auberge La Sarrazine:
Resuming this establishment by several people to make a vow of the former deceased owner....sa non-closing....but I think the kitchen will be to improve sausage with not too much acid wine as well as the tomato sauce of the liver cake....scargots cold limit! a coffee offered for waiting! Good familiar kitchen c is a very friendly place or the staff is very pleasant.Perfect place to spend a pleasant time with family or friends.
The location and drive upstairs are both beautiful. The recital was relaxed and friendly in a restaurant where your eyes are short. The menu card is filled with simple and tasty dishes. We've had a nice night and we're a lot richer.
Oriented to "sarrasine" by our hosts (bedroom of host) we were not disappointed, dinner on the terrace, under the fortress, with regional specialities particularly well-successed, up to the cheese plateau, delirious of varieties, with the advice of the chef in bonus, brief "full carton" for this friendly restaurant that really deserves a hint, from the friendly addition of the waitress to the dessert
The access path can leave perplex but this small inn at the foot of the castle in ruin with a superb view of the mountains of Lyon is to make qd we love the simple and local cuisine, the price is unbeatable to have beautiful quantities and the all quality do not hesitate to survey this small winding road ! and the staff is very pleasant in all simplicity
