Let's start with the bad, fries have way to much salt and not cheap for a burger but you pay for what you get and it's good quality of everything they sell. Plenty of place to park in the budy San Jose afternoon area.Outdoor seating which is great.It was not busy at all when i came and it's much appreciated and the staff was really nice and helpful View all feedback.
What Richard Rios doesn't like about Five Guys:
Fries overcooked, hamburger bun wasn't warmed up, so when trying to eat it, bread would break up into pieces. Have eaten at other 5 Guys never have had this problem. Quality control should be a priority for management. View all feedback.
Still a great custom double cheeseburger but they seem to be much less busy now...Is it the cost?

Five Guys is not always our first choice when it comes to burger options, but it always seems to hit the spot. The burgers are definitely on the greasy side, but when it's time for a cheat meal, we enjoy coming here. The employees are usually friendly and attentive, and we've never had a bad experience. We particularly love coming here for the fries, and since it's located next to Wingstop, we always get their cheese sauce to dip the fries in. It's a guilty pleasure every time we visit.
A burger is a burger is a burger. The fries not great.
ITS GOOD STUFF. Sometimes it's hard to find a really satisfying burger but this is it. Also get the shake and fries
