This has gotta be about the 5th time that I’ve shown up an hour before close and no one answers at the intercom. I just saw 3 employees inside and not a single one of them were doing anything. Two young guys and a woman. This place is pretty disappointing if you’re hungry and want to actually get food during a restaurants hours of operation.

I ordered a Jalapeño Burger. I have ordered this in the past at a different Carls. Let me tell you. The Burger smelled really bad!!! It wasn’t the sauce or the jalapeño. But the meat! The juice of the meat went through the paper and onto my hand. My hand smelled really bad! Had a bad Oder! Before that I was only able to take 1 bit! And I was done! This is disgusting! I had to wash my hands 2xs with soap and I could still smell the odor. Carls Jrs this is just awful!

I havnt eaten inside a fast food dining in such a long time and not going to lie, I was pretty impressed with the service here. Granted, my friend and I were the only customers there but our order was brought to us, which I thought was super awesome considering it being a fast food joint. I was very impressed with the chicken tenders, it was so plump, fresh, and juicy. Visiting a Carl's Junior definitely brought back memories of my grandfather taking me when I was younger so I had to get the fried zucchini, which he used to always buy for me and it definitely brought back memories.

Clean with quick service at this Carl's Jr spot. I sat down after placing my order and just minutes later, an employee brought my tray to me!That was such a nice touch ?Another employee later showed compassion by smiling authentically at a man who was clearly down and out who asked for a simple cup of ice water. That's humanity right there. Bravo to the employees at this location ?
