Terrible customer service! It seems like they don't want to have customers. It's always empty, but they say they're full all the time. Gift cards are not working after several attempts to resolve the problem. Very nice to lose $100 as a gift wow! Plus, we just spent $70 on sushi for two people, but we don't even have a single spicy mayonnaise or sushi sauce other than soy sauce to accompany... That's another cost...... View all feedback.

First experience this evening. We got takeout and tasted a little bit of everything. Everything was really good! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$100+
Normally the bowls are full but this Friday it was a joke. For the price, we expect a minimum. It was good, as usual but the quantity was definitely not up to the usual standard. Very disappointed.
