What User doesn't like about Tropical Smoothie Cafe:
I really love Tropical Smoothie, especially the Kiwi Quencher, and I buy one three times a week. Unfortunately, there are times when the fruit isn't ripe, which makes the smoothie taste bitter and bland—I end up tossing those out. When the smoothies are made with sweet fruit, they taste incredible. I just wish every one I purchased could have that same delicious flavor. View all feedback.
The smoothies and service were excellent. I have to mention that they are quite pricey—almost $7 each for my husband and me. Although a bit expensive, the smoothies were wonderful. All the staff members were friendly and willing to assist us with any questions we had!
I absolutely love the pesto chicken flatbread! Compared to Clio, it's a world of difference. The Saginaw location puts on triple the amount of chicken, cheese, and pesto! It’s consistently delicious every time!
Horrible customer service! Last time I went there the cashier just stared at me until I ordered then said, '4.97 and 5.03 ' for my change... That 's it... no other exchange. Today I waited and waited for them to open as they are supposed to open at 7... finally left... The smoothies taste okay if you can put up with rudeness. Have to update and say things have improved since my original review. Funny to see how much a smoothie cost then versus now!
The best tropical smoothie around! I absolutely love it! The customer service is fantastic, and the quality of the drinks is just perfect. Every morning, I get a Kiwi Quencher, and it really brightens my day. I've tried other tropical smoothie locations, but none make it quite like the one on State Street. I highly recommend it—10 out of 10!
