Shipley Do-nuts - Saginaw

I truly love the variety of options offered. The Kolaches and hot glazed pastries are simply wonderful!

As someone with years of experience as a server, I find this situation quite frustrating. It's never appropriate to tell a customer they cannot have their order prepared the way they want, especially when they are willing to pay extra. This was my experience during a visit to my local Shipley's today, and as a result, I chose to cancel my entire order.

Shipley donuts are absolutely the best, and the kolaches are tasty too. They may be a bit on the expensive side, but they are definitely worth it!

I hadn't had Shipley's in a while, but a client recently brought me some, and it was tasty. So, I decided to visit the location near my home. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by a long wait and disorganization. When I finally got my order, I had hoped it would be worth the delay, but it sadly wasn't. The cheese in the kolaches was quite dry and kept spilling out from the bottom. I won't be going back again.

I visited today and spent $45. I ordered a box of assorted donuts, but they only included 2 regular chocolate and 4 regular glazed. I also ordered a dozen glazed donuts. I feel like I didn't get my money's worth. I went at 8 AM when there were plenty of assorted options available. I'll be keeping an eye on this location from now on.
