What User doesn't like about Long John Silver's (70128):
We were very disappointed with the fish at this restaurant. It was the worst we had ever tasted. The fish seemed old, and we had to return to our table multiple times to get basic necessities like forks, napkins, coleslaw, and vinegar. The staff tried to lie and say these items were outside, even though they were clearly visible on the counter behind the register. Overall, we were not impressed with the service. View all feedback.

The customer service at this restaurant was excellent and very professional. However, the food itself was not as impressive.
