I couldn't eat my meal I was supposed to have steak tips but what it was was cubed up sirloin and it was overcooked it was like chewing rubber The mashed potatoes weren't real potatoes they were potato flakes couldn't eat the mashed potatoes even The broccoli was supposed to be with cheese melted over it and all I did was throw shredded cheese on top of it which didn't really even melt and that just looked nasty so I... Not the same anymore. Poor quality food, waitress clearly didn't want to be there, and the restaurant was dirty too.

Ordered takeout. Fairly simple order. With a nearly empty restaurant, took over 30 minutes, for which they did apologize. One of the items was missing ingredients. Food was fine.
I am a dasher. And a customer to this store. And I came into get a doordash order for a customer. And the waitress was super freaking rude to me infront of my husband. I kindly greeted the conversation with a smile and said I was here for a doordash. And she said when a orders ready she'll let me know in the rudest way possible. I have came here quite a few times not only for orders but as a customer myself. And have never had such attitude. And the food was on the counter the whole 15 minutes she made me wait. Which I fully told the customer about the experience. Very disappointed.
It wasn’t the food that was “okay”. I ordered some breakfast items online. After pickup, I proceeded on my way, as I was running behind with my daily activities. I discovered that a side of gravy was missing, so I had to drive back to the restaurant. Fortunately, I wasn’t too far away. It was just inconvenient. I approached the front order pickup area and explained what happened. The girl who waited on me was beyond rude! She challenged me because she packed the bag and insisted the item was in there. It was not. Why would anyone inconvenience themselves in their already busy day to drive back for a side of gravy if it was already in the bag??? Not only was she inexcusably rude, but she basically insinuated that I was a liar. I am not. I do not believe that “the customer is always right”. However, to my inconvenience, the item was in fact missing. This girl has no concept of proper customer service. She should be fired not because she forgot the item. We are human and mistakes happen. However, she was inexcusably RUDE and insinuated that I was a liar for my inconvenience. Fortunately, the manager was polite and handled things properly. Please fire this horrible employee.
